2. Reservation Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 27, 2025
By making a reservation through our website, you agree to the following terms:
Reservation Confirmation & Deposit:
A deposit of €10 per person is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been successfully processed. You will receive an automatic confirmation email shortly after booking.
Table Requests & Seating:
We will do our best to accommodate specific table requests, but these cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to adjust table assignments as needed. Your deposit secures a table for the time slot you’ve booked, but not a specific location within the restaurant.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so via the cancellation link in your confirmation email or on our reservations page by entering your email.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation time will not be refunded.
No-shows may impact your ability to make future bookings.
Late Arrivals:
We will hold your table for 15 minutes past your reserved time. After that, your table may be released to accommodate other guests.
Special Requests:
We’ll do our best to accommodate any special requests made during booking, but these are not guaranteed.
Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements:
Please notify staff of any allergies or dietary needs upon arrival. While we take all reasonable precautions, cross-contamination may occur, and our dishes may contain common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy.
3. Online Ordering Terms & Conditions

By placing an online order, you agree to the following:
Order Acceptance: Orders are subject to our acceptance and availability. We may cancel your order for any reason.
Payments: All payments are securely processed via Stripe. You authorize us to charge the specified amount for your order.
Order Changes: Once your order is confirmed, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
Preparation Time: Estimated preparation times are provided as guidelines only.
No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds once food preparation has begun, unless required by law.
Allergy Notice: Our food is prepared in kitchens where allergens such as nuts, milk, eggs, gluten, and soybeans are present. Cross-contamination may occur. Contact us if you have severe allergies.
Collection & Delivery: You are responsible for providing accurate details for delivery or collection. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
- Short-Term Policy: For the short term, collection only is available. Delivery is not currently offered.
- Product Availability & Presentation: All menu items are subject to availability. Due to the seasonal nature of certain ingredients, substitutions may occasionally be made without prior notice. While we aim to present dishes as pictured, actual presentation may vary. Images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refunds: We do not provide refunds once an order has been processed and food preparation has begun, except where required by law.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted if the food preparation has not started. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will offer a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund.
Quality Complaints: Any complaints regarding food quality should be raised during collection/delivery, and we will assess and resolve on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The content of the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Oceana Restaurant and Bar or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our explicit permission.
